Participants in our PHP follow a structured daily schedule that involves various therapeutic activities, counseling sessions, group therapy, educational sessions, and skill-building exercises. The program runs from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday – Friday.

We offer a range of evidence-based therapies tailored to address substance abuse and related mental health issues. These may include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and more.

Medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and addiction specialists, monitor participants’ physical and mental health throughout the program. Medical assessments, medication management (if needed), and health monitoring are integrated into the treatment plan.

Many individuals struggling with substance abuse also have co-occurring mental health disorders. At Palm Beach Gardens Recovery, we provide dual diagnosis treatment, addressing both addiction and underlying mental health conditions concurrently.

As clients progress, the program prepares them for a gradual transition to lower levels of care, such as intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) or standard outpatient therapy. This transition is personalized based on the individual’s needs and progress.
